We work to get your order out quickly and safely. Below is how our shipping process works.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays).
• Processing time is separate from delivery time.

 

Delivery Time

Delivery speeds depend on the option you choose at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (Special line) — ~9–14 business days in transit.
  
• Express Shipping — ~5–7 business days in transit. (if you wish to choose express shipping - please let us know as soon as you place the order by either via Email or DM us on our instagram account.)
  

Notes: Timeframes are estimates provided by the carriers and can vary due to weather, carrier delays, customs inspections, or high-volume periods.

 

Tracking

• You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
• Tracking can take up to 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

 

Address & Order Changes

• Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
• We can attempt changes before your order is fulfilled—email Sikhrichofficial@gmail.com ASAP. Once shipped, we cannot reroute packages.

 

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

• If tracking shows “delivered” but you can’t locate the package, check with neighbors/building management first, then contact the carrier.
• We’re not responsible for packages after delivery, but we’ll help you start a carrier claim where possible.

 

PO Boxes & Remote Areas

• Standard shipping typically delivers to P.O. Boxes; Express options may require a street address. Some remote areas may experience longer transit times.

 

Split Shipments

• To speed things up, items may ship separately at no extra cost. You’ll receive tracking for each parcel.
